The carp have started to feed again.

Today’s match saw 8 anglers fish both the big and small lake along the car park bank. The wind in certain pegs was quite windy and in others flat calm especially pegs 22 to 25.

Today’s winner was lake owner John Bennett who was fishing peg 38 and decided to fish the bomb with corn hook bait and caught 3 quick fish casting towards peg 2. As the match progressed John casted half way across and caught another 8 carp but also managed to lose another 9 between the bomb and pole , but seemed disappointed with his weight of 79-01 as it should of been much higher ( well done John ).Results
