Top weight of the year in today’s match.

Today saw Redland Construction Sponsor today’s match and 17 of yesterday’s match anglers returned for another day of bagging big carp to nearly 20lb.

Today’s winner was Steve Trevett who also won yesterday’s match who put a brilliant 310-08 on the scales to win today’s match.

Steve’s weight is current the biggest match weight of the year so far ( well done Steve).

There were also 8x  100 lb plus weights in this match which saw a return of carp feeding properly after spawning.

Over the last two days there have been 15 weights over 100 lb  and 1 300lb so the weights are really picking up, so Wednesday’s match could see another big weight .
