A very colourful report.
Are the Luton Mafia in Blue cos they were the coldest!
A fine effort from Mick on what was obviuosly a challenging day.
Good luck to all for Round 2.
I hope the weather is a bit warmer for the 2nd Round .. eventually warmed up after a hot shower and a Sunday Roast. 🙂
Funniest thing on Sunday watching John C. on peg 6, trying to land a carp after it smashed his top 3 … into 3 bits … he managed it though!! 🙂
Makes a change from the JInx matches doesn’t it Paul 🙂
13,12,12,12
is it possible to get a tighter match
And on weight I make it
Negatives 122lb 8oz
Jinxsters 96lb 6oz
Reading Angling 96lb 6oz (That’s close.)
Its good when it close like this. Can go anyway.
Sure is close. Missing it already 🙁
Be nice to watch for a change I suppose
to be fair Si the spring league was same last year
noone ran away with it as partners kept bombing etc
Fair comment, I was doing the results for last years spring league hour by hour for John and the leader was changing all the time, people who were well behind caught up in the last hour. Real close stuff which makes for a better competition. Just goes to show you should never give up.
especially as its based on actual points
you just need 2 sec wins, 20 points and fly up the league
