Rolfslake Wednesday Open 14th March 2012

John tells me there was a good attendance of 13 anglers on the match and 4 pleasure anglers down the lake today. The weather was cold with a breezy wind making the fishing harder than it was yesterday although the silvers were happy to feed and there was a massive shoal of carp hiding down the bottom end of the small lake.

Hopefully the later draw time will start to boost the attendances in these midweek matches and with the Easter Festival only a few weeks away i am sure there will be a few of these anglers coming down for a practise and with the weather now a little more settled than last month hopefully the carp will now start to feed a little better than they have recently.
