CHRISTMAS OPEN MATCHES/ SEASONAL GREETINGS FROM THE LAKE
We will be holding some opens over the christmas period the dates are the following
Dec 27th monday
Dec 29th wednesday
Jan 1st saturday
Draw times will be 9-30 fish 10-30 3-30
I will consider more dates if there is enough interest
I would like to take this opportunity wish all our visitors old and new a very happy christmas, a special thanks to eddie, simon and paul for there help in promoting and running the lake.

Seasons greetings to one and all.
I hope everyone has had an excellent 2010 and is looking forward to a fabulous 2011.
My hopes and dreams for the coming year are;
A. Continue to enjoy every visit to the lake (that’s down to all the people I meet there and not just the wonderful fishing.)
B. Up my match best to 250lb+ (A mans got to have dreams!)
C. Pull peg 16 from the draw bag more often.

i ve only ever seen u on peg 16 but u always seem to win of it fishcap u cant be far from 250 whats ur pb fancy u for 250 next season happy christmas have u had a twenty yet

I have a current PB of “only” 232lb (I have been known to blow some good pegs!)
No 20lbers yet, but hav had x2 at 19 1/2lb (must use bigger cubes of luncheon meat to get them over the magical 20lb mark.)
I only drew peg 16 3 times this year, but I think I did win all 3. It’s my new favourite peg now.
I have pencilled in 9th March for my first visit in 2011. You may have guessed but I dont do cold.
