Firstly we would like to again wish all our friends, customers and their families a happy New Year.

Today match was poorly attended due to the cold weather and high water levels in the lake { at least two feet higher } which John has been doing his best to pump out to reduce the water level.

Todays winner was me { Eddie Taylor-Green } who fished peg 13 on the motorway bank using a 3 metre whip fished tight to the edge using triple maggot as hookbait to catch a mixed bag of silvers for 11-05. In second place was Nick Watkins-Price who was fishing peg 28 on the car park bank and by using pole and maggot Nick also caught some nice big Perch and roach for his weight of 9-12.

 

Second place for Nick today.

THE LAKE LEVELS WERE VERY HIGH AND WE WERE FORCED TO FISH OFF THE TOP OF THE PLATFORMS, I HAVE GOT THE PUMP RUNNING AND HOPE TO HAVE IT UNDER CONTROL FOR THE WINTER LEAGUE MATCH THIS WEEKEND. 5 ANGLERS FISHED TODAYS MATCH.
