Silver Fish Series.
Martin Page and John are running a silver’s only league at rolfs lake it will be a series of 3 matches run on a section points basis there will be 3 sections of 7 anglers so 21 names needed to make it work the sections will be rotated so each angler will get 1 match in each section to keep it fair, it will be £50 entry and £20 pools on the day the £50 entry will cover league pay out .
Ist place £400
2nd place £250
3rd place £175
4th place £125
5th place £100
£20 pools on the day will be cover peg fee and section payouts
1st in section £40
2nd in section £30
The dates for the league will be
Sunday August 16th
Saturday Sept 5th
Sunday Sept 20th
Anybody interested in fishing this please let me or John Bennett know ASAP as we have had some interest already as it’s fishing really well for silver’s so will be a great series and we are limited to 21 anglers

Rolfslake update.
Rolfslake is now fishing the best it has done all year after its 3 month rest period whilst being closed.
Anglers are now catching up to 40 plus carp in matches with many in the 12lb to 20lb bracket
There are also many.very good bags of silver fish to 40lb plus being caught in club matches.

John will review in due course when he feels it is safe to introduce keepnets again and the individual weighing of 10lb plus fish which is essential.

Rolfslake now reopened
Rolfslake is now open for Wednesday opens draw 1pm fish 2-7.
The matches are point based with carp only counting currently as nets are not allowed.
If you would like to fish any of the matches please contact John Bennett to reserve your place.

Easter Festival 2020 cancelled.
Following government guidelines regarding the 21 day shutdown period, the Easter Festival falls within this time frame .
John has no alternative but to following government guidelines so regrettably he has to cancel the festival.
Refunds will be returned or monies paid when we are all allowed to travel again.

Rolfslake easter festival 2020
Firstly from all the team at Rolfslake we would like to wish all our friends and their families a happy new year.
Easter festival 2020.
John is now taking names for the popular 3 day Rolfslake Easter Festival which takes place on the Saturday, Sunday and Easter Monday ( 11th,12th and 13th of April ).
As per previous years priority will first be given to the anglers that supported last years event with confirmation required by Sunday 22nd of March.
£130 inclusive of peg fees, pools and final day buffet.
The event is Pole only with a maximum length of 16 meters as per fishery rules.
