LAKE UPDATE AND ROAD CONDITIONS
The lake was covered with just over an inch of ice, not a great deal of difference from Sunday however it appeared to be tougher to break out. I ran the aerators for 5 hours to put some extra oxygen into the water and opened up a couple of openings into the lake.
The lake grounds and approach roads to the lake were snow and ice free.
The winter league on Sunday will go ahead and the draw will be 9am promt to enable swims to be cut and if necessary we will reduce the match to 4 1/2 hours.
If the is any change I will post and contact team captains.
Depending on the roads from down here i will bell you John or Si on the way to let you know if we will be a little late so you can get the draw started.
Should be fine but like i say will let you know.

John Hague you are indeed a cheeky chappy. (I think I want my Kit Kat back!)
I have a very busy week end ahead of me, as you can see from my previous comment. I even have to find time to squeeze in a walk over to the paper shop at some point!
No doubt I shall be thinking of the chaps giving thier all, as I tuck into a cup of Tea and another toasted cheese sandwich.
And before you mentions Malc’s 19th Dec vacany I am working that Sunday (Sitting in my nice warm office with the telly on no doubt!)
