King Clive takes over as King of the lake.<\/span><\/p>\n

There will be a more comprehensive match report on the Jinx website, but John tells me today that the weather today was overcast with\u00a0a blustery south westerly wind making it cold but the lake still fished considerably well.<\/p>\n

In first place today and new king of the lake was Clive Pritchard fishing on peg 4 and by fishing the pole using corn and pellet i believe Clive caught a lot of weigher fish as he had 180lb on the board before the guys weighed his net fish for a total of 246-04 { very well done Clive }.<\/p>\n

The tight battle for second was contested by John Holdsworth on peg 7 and Marcus Burgess on 8 which was won by John as his fish weighed 117-02 to Marcus’s 115-03 so they had a good match between themselves.<\/p>\n

The guys seemed to have a good time down the lake and it wont be long before they are back to start their 6 match series and the tented village get sets up again although looking at facebook it looks like last night was pretty cold for the campers.<\/p>\n
