I AM VERY\u00a0DISAPPOINTED\u00a0THAT 3 MORE ANGLERS HAVE PULLED OUT OF THE FESTIVAL. MAY I REMIND ANGLERS AND VISITING CLUBS THAT WHEN YOU BOOK IN TO A FESTIVAL OR A MATCH YOU ARE MAKING A VERBAL CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT TO FISH AND CANCELLATION AT SHORT NOTICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, IN THE EYES OF THE LAW I COULD SEEK TO RECOVER LOST REVENUE CAUSED BY\u00a0THESE\u00a0ACTIONS ( I AM GLAD TO SAY MATT SMITH\u00a0IS SENDING ME \u00a324 TO COVER COST OF 3 DAYS PEG FEES) HOWEVER IT STILL IMPACTS THE OTHER ANGLERS FISHING IE; THE OVERALL PAYOUTS, LIKE ME I AM SURE THEY WILL FEEL ANNOYED AND LET DOWN BY\u00a0THESE\u00a0ACTIONS. I AM DETERMINED NOT TO LET THIS HAPPEN AGAIN, AND IF AND I MEAN IF THERE IS A FESTIVAL NEXT YEAR,\u00a0 NAMES WILL NOT BE ENTERED ON THE LIST UNTIL I AM\u00a0RECEIPT\u00a0OF THE PEG FEES FOR THE EVENT ON A NON RETURNABLE\u00a0BASIS\u00a0(EXCEPT IN VERY SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES) THE REMAINDER TO BE PAID 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT OR YOUR NAME TO BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST, ALSO YOUR PLACE IN FUTURE EVENTS AT THE LAKE MAY ALSO BE\u00a0CONSIDERED\u00a0THERE ARE NOW 6 PLACES AVAILABLE<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
