Pete makes it two in a row.<\/span><\/p>\n

John tells me there were 12 anglers on todays open hoping for some of the good fishing that was had by the 4 semi finalists of the Drennan match fishing cup but as always Rolfslake had other ideas. The weather today was sunny with a breeze blowing into pegs 16 and 18 which made it a little cold for the anglers in this area as when i phoned John during the match he was on his way to getting his jumper ,\u00a0so sunny in one area and cold in the other.<\/span><\/p>\n

The winner today was Pete Archer who made it a Wednesday win double as he won the last midweek open and today peg 9 kept him busy with a good run of fish to double figures for a final weight of 187-04 { well done Pete }. In hot pursuit was returning angler Adam Griffiths who was right opposite on peg 32 and Adam kept pace with Pete but in the end fell 3 carp behind with 161-09 and in third place was Pete Arnold on super peg 16 and again it produced another ton weight this time 144-12.<\/span><\/p>\n

I will add moe to this report when i get more information from John tomorrow.<\/span><\/p>\n
